Reminder Wrangler Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

Summary

Reminder Wrangler does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Access

Reminder Wrangler requests access to your Reminders and Calendar through Apple's EventKit framework. This access is used solely to:

- Read your reminders to detect unscheduled or past-due items

- Read your calendar events to detect scheduling conflicts

- Modify reminder due dates to resolve conflicts and schedule reminders into free time slots

All of this processing happens entirely on your device.

Data Collection

Reminder Wrangler does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

  • No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party

  • No analytics or tracking of any kind

  • No advertising identifiers

  • No account creation or login

  • No network requests are made by the app

Data Storage

Your settings (scheduling preferences, selected reminder lists, exclusion patterns) are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). Activity logs showing recent wrangling actions are stored in memory only and do not persist between app launches.

Your reminders and calendar data remain in Apple's EventKit database on your device and in your iCloud account, managed entirely by iOS.

Third-Party Services

Reminder Wrangler does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services.

Children's Privacy

Reminder Wrangler does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
